About the facilitators:

Patti Phillips is a certified life coach, inventure retreat guide, Grief Recover Specialist, and authentic self-awareness facilitator. At 45, her mid-life crisis transition freed her to leave a twenty year career and direct all her life lessons and wisdom into building her own business. Today, she guides other women who feel stuck in the middle and they’re not sure how to move forward. Through powerful conversations, women are able to discover and honour their own wisdom to live with more peace, joy and purpose.

Jodi Lee is a registered holistic nutritionist, professional home economist, health educator and coach. She is dedicated to demonstrating how real, whole foods as well as ancient wisdom and common sense can have huge impacts on health, happiness, well being, and longevity. Jodi specializes in gluten-free and allergy-free living, digestive issues, auto-immunity, and nutrition myth busting.
